How to Claim the Birthday Drink
The birthday reward appears in the Starbucks app under the Rewards or Offers section. Open the app on your birthday, select the birthday reward, and scan your barcode at the register. The free item is applied to your order automatically without requiring Stars.

Register for Your Birthday Reward
To receive the birthday reward, you must register your birthday in your Starbucks Rewards profile at least 7 days before your birthday. Sign in to your account, navigate to Profile settings, and add your date of birth. The reward will be waiting for you when your birthday arrives.
